This weekend if you just happen to be in Whiting, Indiana don't forget to stop by historic downtown Whiting for the 13th Annual Pierogi Festival.
The Polka Parade is tonight and is a highlight of the festival. Mr. Pierogi and his Pieroguettes (Miss Potato, Miss Cheese, Miss Mushroom, Miss Berry, Miss Beef, Miss Apricot, and Miss Sauerkraut) will lead the parade.
And you won't want to miss seeing the Pierogi Queen and her court.
A weekend filled with fun...if you ask me.
